A La Carte Financial Intelligence - Sage 200 comprises a centralised set of management reporting databases (OLAP Cubes) that reside on the Sage 200 server or additional server and a PC based Excel environment that is installed on each user’s machine wishing to access the A La Carte software.

The Reporting Templates will vary according to module. If multiple modules are installed e.g Financial Reporting and Commercial Reporting, then two separate sets of templates will be installed in different directories.

 

Server Environment


Minimum Hardware
  • An IBM compatible server with a 32bit Pentium (or equivalent) 2GHz processor.
  • 2GB of RAM.
  • At least 500MB of free hard disk space.
  • An SVGA video card and monitor running at 1024 x 768 pixels, with a minimum of 256 colours.

Recommended Hardware
  • An IBM compatible computer with a 64bit Xeon 5500 (or equivalent) or greater processor.
  • 4GB of RAM.
  • At least 500MB of free hard disk space.
  • An SVGA video card and monitor running at 1024 x 768 pixels, with a minimum of 24-bit true colour.

Operating systems
  • Microsoft Windows 2003 Server
  • Microsoft Windows 2008 Server

Other Required Software
  • Sage MMS 3.5, Sage 200 4.x, Sage 200 5.x, Sage 200 2009 
  • SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008 (for Sage 200)
  • SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008 Analysis Services (for A La Carte)
    Standard or Enterprise Edition (NOT Workgroup)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (included in install)
  • Windows Installer v3.0 (included in install)

Client (PC) Environment

  • An IBM compatible server with a Pentium 2GHz processor.
  • 1Gb of RAM.
  • At least 500MB of free hard disk space.
  • An SVGA video card and monitor running at 1024 x 768 pixels, with a minimum of 256 colours.

  • 2GB of RAM.
