• We get each customer to agree and setup the remote access to their server environment, ensuring we use remote software tested by Excel in Business and ensuring we adhere to the customer's IT Department's security requirements.
  
  
• We provide a utility that will health check the server where A La Carte is to be installed and warn of any service packs or additional software components that need to be installed prior to the installation of A La Carte.
  
  
• Following a successful Health Check, we install and test the base A La Carte software prior to commencing any project work
  
  
• We provide a project plan of what is expected from Excel in Business and what is required from each customer including appropriate project milestones
  
  
• We move to the final phase of Online Training  using your application and data
